Need Any More Evidence?

Regarding what a disingenuous little amphibian Hans Blix is? First it was the report to the UN that said, ‘The Iraqis are hiding things from us!’ Then it was the report a week or two later that suddenly said, ‘No they’re not’, followed then by a few handy little tirades when America and Britain finally said, ‘Enough is enough’.

Well, he’s still at it:

STOCKHOLM: Former UN chief weapons inspector Hans Blix has said he now believed the US-led invasion of Iraq was motivated by oil. "I did not think so at first. But the US is incredibly dependent on oil. . .They wanted to secure oil in case competition on the world market becomes too hard."
So that’s it, then, is it Hans? First I didn’t think so, but now I do - and well - because. Well, I think I couldn’t give a flying cucumber what you think. I also think you’re a corrupt little swine who changed his initial report on Iraqi compliance because you didn't want to lose all that long-term, tasty ‘weapons-inspection’ payola, no doubt bankrolled by someone with a distinctly French accent.

Mr Blix, who has become a vocal critic of US leaders since he retired from the UN last year, reportedly said another reason for the invasion was a need to move US troops from Saudi Arabia.
Oh really? To a place where they’ll be constantly shot at? Makes perfect sense to me.

This next bit takes the cake, though:

He defended the UN, despite recent scandals including allegations of corruption in the oil-for-food program for Iraq.

"The criticism is, in my view, a revenge from American political circles for the defeat over Iraq," Mr Blix was quoted as saying.
Oh, right. So it never happened then, Hans? There are no questions to answer (no matter what even Kofi is now admitting)? It’s all just a bit of spiteful payback? And ‘the defeat over Iraq’? What on earth does this fool think he’s saying? So sorry to break it to you, Hans old chum, but if anyone was ‘defeated’ (that is if you’re silly enough to use such inappropriate language) then I’m afraid it was the UN - in its entirety.

Hans Blix - ex-Chief UN Weapons Inspector - prize idiot.
